I was wondering if its possible to change the difficulty of the individual AI's when starting a match

With other 4x games I've had fun keeping most of the AI's on standard difficulty while putting one or two on a much higher difficulty to create a challenging runaway opponent to face off against in the late game.

Was wondering if there is a way of doing this with endless legend. I can't seem to find one
