Just some random questions for endless legend, to the devs

So, i wanted to ask some "lore" questions about endless legend, not those which basically question the lore, just small tid bits and random fun facts and interesting details. So here are some of my questions, which might be shoved off as dumb:

Are there any scales for how everything would look irl ? Something like a basic scales to know, how large a single hex is, both land and city wise ? Just asking because some people in the reddit asked about, how much space takes a single hex, and how much time would it take to travel trought a single, overly buildt, city would be.

The other small tid bit is, how do all the races stack up to each other ? I mean canonically, both hero and common and civ scale wise, just wondering. Because we cant use the game itself as actual, proper scale, because there is the smash bros issue, with gameplay screwing up scaling, where everybody needs to have a rough scale, to not debalance it.

AND last question, is there a possibility, that some of the weapons and armors are inspired by other races ? Like, i noticed that the titan series looks quite awfully fitting to the vaulters, the adamantium stuff on both riding clans and argent races (both are kind of pseudo arabian/asian) and the mithrite being based of wild walkers ? Even one palladium helmet looks the same as a broken lords face.

So, i am done with the questions, i will wait for you quesions my friends.
(sorry for some typos or mistakes, i am a foreign guy and got some issues with grammar)

Ooh boy. I don't think we'd ever want to go into how big an hex would be, especially considering that the map is round and that its size varies, this would mean either that Auriga's size varies with the game's settings, or that the hexes vary in size.

I *personally* believe a hex is about a league in diameter, meaning about 4 and some kilometers. That sounds about reasonable, as huge cities would eventually cover a lot of land, but it's not ridiculously big either. That still leaves space for humongous Cultist cities, and means that if an enemy city is about 12 hexes away, it's not literally next door.

I don't think there's a canon of how all factions scale up relatively to one another, either that's been written, or even looked into. That wouldn't have helped production so I think we mostly wrote empires to be self-reliant in lore and not "in relation to" others.

Lastly, yes, there's definitely a bit of cross-faction inspiration when it comes to weapon/armor design, but that's a thing we did even on Earth!

Hope these answers help a little. :)

These are some cool questions and answers as a lore nut myself! I've always liked to imagine with a huge world (8 players) or largest one it's about a good size scale of full world and that a tile like a forest is enough size to almost be a forest you can end up lost in if you don't have a good way of navigating.

Don't worry about it, they were absolutely valid questions.

One of my colleagues pointed out that a question you may have asked was how individuals from each faction looked like next to one another, size-wise, so I dug up what I think was the closest we came to creating a police line-up:

Basically all humans are roughly the same size (5-6 ft tall), with the Necrophages being about 7 feet tall, and the Drakken even taller.

Hope this helps!

thanks...

Well, i did notice a certain detail with the iron weapons, the tier 3 iron weapons look quite alot like they were just welded or strapped piles of sharp metal, even the spear got a fish hook at the other end or the small axes look more like a spile of cleavers welded together. Why are they so if i may ask ?
