Is there a way to choose the splash screen art (without disabling an expansion)?  Wish I could view and appreciate more than just the art associated with the current expansion.  

No, there is not. I wish there was, though.

I proposed that the game randomly displays one of the available splash screens every time it starts, but... sadly nothing.
