Got it from a ruin on turn 6, at turn 13 I have a Fire Guardian sieging my city. Very cool.

Tried to fight the guardian, every attack one-shots my units, I can get him to 20% health before he kills my whole army.

Literally impossible to beat just solos everything, really cool quest, couldn't add a turn or empire power limit on something like that?

Not feeling great about Monstrous Tales if this is the kind of quests its adding.

I've gotten this quest a few times and yeah its from Monstrous Tales.

The thing with this is its not that you have to activate 3 luxury boosters, you need 3 luxury boosters active by the end of winter. So if you have a bunch 3 luxury boosters active and if even one of them expire just as winter ends, you fail the quest, even if its on the exact turn winter ends. Had that happen to me and it felt pretty stink.
