No desyncs in multiplayer would be my favorite feature.

No desynch.

Option to end game after x turns showing score.

Option to end game for a player and removing all units if he looses x cities.

Option for player placment on map for teamers.

Option for one city challenge where map gives amazing anomalities around a single city you can build. (One City Challange guys would be happy with that.)
