Got titanium and researched harvesting and improved weapons... I can upgrade my hero's weapons/armour but whenever i try to retrofit my units (after updating the base unit) it asks me to confirm the retrofit and nothing happens after I say yes... i saw that i didn't have enough titanium to do all of them but i have enough for 1 unit but it never seems to update?? How do i get this to work?



Also, how do I find out the name of a region? Mouse overs and clicking don't seem to show it...



Suggestions, how about showing the range of units when doing the pre-battle setup... many times I thought I placed a unit within range of an enemy and then it starts running all over trying to get it in range...

For upgrading, you edited the unit design and that worked, right? Then you have to get them into one of your cities, select one or more, then click the retrofit button in the city garrison. That should work. If it doesn't, could you provide a screenie, the autosave and post this as a bug in the tech forum, please?



Furthermore, you can zoom out with the mousewheel and then you get a reduced map with the region names on it.



The range isn't shown, yet. That has to be worked on, indeed.

Ahhh... thanks... I was trying to retrofit outside the city, didn't realize they had to be inside to retrofit...

I have found that while outside of regions under my control, I cannot retrofit units despite it giving me the option. But I can retrofit them outside cities as long as I'm still in one of my regions.

This is true. At present, you can retrofit as long as you have the required resources and the army in question is within your territory. The situation is different for heros: you can send them upgrades wherever they are in the world as long as you have the required resources/dust. The fact that the "Retrofit" option is highlighted as available when you are outside your territory appears to be a bug.
