I bought this game and played it all day long.

During the quest, there's a mission to build a winter shelter in a city(random).

I've done it but the system doesn't seem to recognize it.

To check what the problem is, I had rebuilt the shelter in the city, but never worked.

Do you have any ideas about this happening?

I have same bug than nastar, can't complete my faction quest.

I join my save too, in case you need. i complete my build turn 97 but i have think:  "may be i must build this in all my town...." but...still don"'t work :(
