I'm stuck on quest 4 of the Roving Clans, "Exploiting Auriga". The objective is, "For a period of 5 turns, exploit 7 Anomalies and produce 50 Influence within your empire." However, the 5 turn clock never starts; it's stuck at (0/5). Also, by "exploit 7 Anomalies", I assume it means 7 new anomalies, right?

I think I figured this out. There isn't a timer; you just have to be producing 50 or more influence per turn and be exploiting at least 7 anomalies for 5 turns (don't think they have to be consecutive).
