i am not very good in this game but i like it very much. I have a few questions to improve my knowledge of playing Endless Legends and maybe for a better start. Normally whatever faction i play i do workers in every department of the city managment. I priorize their best stat (so far more workers to dust for the broken lords or for industrie for the wild walkers)
is that a good way or is it better to just put workers into one place and ignore the others?

What is a good starting place for the wild walkers? (and what rescources should new cities have) I can't manage to play with these people. Always i have to less money at some point, so that i fall back hard. Should i priorize industry with them? or growth?

Last but not least: I would really like to play this game with other newbs. Nice and calm players who like to talk and learn from each other. So if you are interested you can send me a message. Please refuse to do so if you are a Endless Legends crack. I don't have any fun in losing all the time. I play this game out of fun, not to destroy people.

As a general rule, industry and science make more difference right at the beginning of the game, so you want to put your population on those. Later, it goes according to your needs and capabilities.

As Wild Walkers, you want to settle forests obviously. They are one of the easiest factions because they get extra industry from forests during the summer. Settling forests will tend to leave you with a lower average of Dust, so you really want to get Economic Empire Plan level 1 (+3 dust/pop) as fast as possible and start putting some people there to keep a positive income. You can also settle at least one city in some Region that has predominantely Dust tiles instead of forest (desert forests will have both industry and dust) so that you can build Dust Transmuter (+10 dust on tile with dust) there, assuming you´re playing with Guardians content.

You shouldn´t really prioritize Growth with anyone on Endless Legend, it´s not worth it. You can certainly have some short periods where you focus on Growth, especially when you have limited Spices (+50% food on cities).

thx, my last game with the wild walkers was better. I have a good industry and a far better dust income, as i settle my second town in a desert region with forest. That works well.

Sometimes i get a weird starting Screen where there is some kind of portal and some high-Tech guys with masks standing around. Are those vaulters? Because they look more like some visitors from outer space (or endless space) I know that both games are connected in some way and auriga is a planet in endless space..

They are most likely mezari or vaulters. Their units all look like that.
