Hi everybody. I bought Endless Legend today, i played the tutorial and 2 games but i have some questions:

1 - How i can select a hero? I mean, we can select the hero at the start or we must do it ingame? and where and how i can change/unlock/see the other heroes?

2 - Where i see Food, Industry, Science, Influence and Glassteel, Titanium, etc points? I see some numbers but i dont find the real real numbers

3 - How i knows the diplomacy is working? i try be kind with the Wild Walkers but they said "hell no! kind words? god damn war!!"

4 - I bought Endless Legend - Emperor Pack in Steam. Where i put the code for activation and rewards (music, points, etc) ?

Sorry for being noob.

1) Starting Hero is standard for each faction (you cant change/pick them). You can get more heros through quests or through the marketplace after you've unlocked it with the correct technologies.

2) Not 100% sure what you mean here. Dust, influence, glassteel/titanium amounts can be seen in the top left of the main UI. For the other resources, each tile has a number it provides. Each city uses the numbers from the tiles, and boosts it with workers and buildings. The actual city production can be seen by clicking on the city and clicking the box (if its not open) in the top right corner. Each glassteel/titanium deposit provides the same amount of resource per turn unless boosted by techs and/or heros. To see the actual amount each tile on the map provides, click the very bottom button on the bottom right hand side of screen.

3) Diplomacy is pretty basic. In situations like that if you want to be allies, you will have to get the right techs then bribe them.

4) Go Here: http://g2g.amplitude-studios.com/ Login. After logging in you click on your name. A space will come up to redeem codes.

The game manual might be good for a new player for basic info.

2) Two ways:

First: Click on your city. The industry/food/dust/influence that is produced by that city every turn will be shown in top right corner. This is where you can change what your citizens are specializing in (ie: you can have them make more industry if you need it).

Second: On the top bar click on the second from left button (looks like a building) this will take you to city overview.

The number shown with the gears is the amount of industry you make per turn (on that particular city). So if a building takes 75 industry, and its shows a production of 15, it will take 5 turns to make.

4) As far as i know you should be good. Looks like you have the points and you got the little EL picture under your name now.

1-. As Caotico09 said. You get one hero at Turn1, you may get heroes finishing some faction/random quests, and finally you can hire new heroes from the Market (Era 1 research)

- - - - - -

2-. There are 5 "main" resources, and a bunch of secondary ones. They're mostly seen and sometimes enabled from three screens

MAIN SCREEN (city selected, you can mainly see your empire wide resources and the chosen city resource generation): http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Lno2U2idIG0/VHCZ1ql86DI/AAAAAAAACfI/PPfsuGb7K68/s1600/Endless%2BLegend%2BGame%2Bscreen%2Bshots%2B(2).jpg

CITY MANAGEMENT (Concentrated list of all the city info, you can also "work" from here) http://guides.gamepressure.com/endlesslegend/gfx/word/104902295.jpg

EMPIRE MANAGEMENT (empireoverwiew. You enable luxury resouces from here) : http://www.spacesector.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/elegend_review_resources_large.jpg

FOOD (:foodsmiley: smile: Is generated on a per city basis and consumed entirely every turn to increase that city population bar. Every time the bar is filled, a new smiley: stickouttongueopulation: is added to the city. If the bar empties (negative food production) city will go into starvation and will start losing population.

INDUSTRY (:industrysmiley: smile: Is generated on a per-city basis and consumed every turn on that city production. Excess industry generated every turn is "wasted". By default, game warns you if a city doesn't have any production in place.

DUST (:dustsmiley: smile: Is generated on a per-city basis but spent empire-wide. Dust is automatically spent on city and unit unkeeps, and all excess dust generated every turn is "banked".

SCIENCE (:sciencesmiley: smile: Is generated on a per city basis, then all science gains per turn are added up and immediately spend on the current research.

INFLUENCE (:epsmiley: smile: Is generated on a per city basis, then added up and banked. Influence is manually spent on empire plans or diplomacy choices.

Secondary resources are divided into strategic and luxury resources.

STRATEGIC RESOURCES (resource icons are colored): Are mined from regions that contain those resources and have mines exploiting them. Are used on some building and weapon/armor creaftings. They're empire-wide and shared between all your queued productions.

LUXURY RESOURCES(resource icons are white): Are mined from regions that contain those reources and have mines exploiting them. Are used to enable empire-wide luxury boosts.

- - - - - -

3-. Influence points (:epsmiley: smile are manually used for empire planning and diplomacy purposes, they're not spent automatically.

Empire Planning: Every 20 turns you can "spend" some points to enable "Empire Plans" (empire-wide boosts that lasts until the next plan). Empire Plan costs are only dependant on number of cities owned

Diplomacy: Once you research some diplomacy options, you can open the diplomacy screen to make proposal to another major factions. Influence costs depend on the current relationship with those factions and the arrangement you wish to make. Also, you'll get some automatic diplomacy choices in several scenarios (for example, when clicking on a minor faction city, the Parley option will be enabled if you have that tech researched, on the empire screen if you want to assimilate a faction, etc...)

Take note that, as of the current version, AI diplomacy choices are still somewhat "weird" to say the least.
