Hey guys and gals,

The Quest Creation Contest has ended, giving us a winner in a really close vote.

The winner of this vote is Electronben, with Mysterious Plague Ship, congratulations!

Here is a recap of the winners of our previous votes. For the Event Creation Contest, the winner was Epikuros with Hear My Last Cry!

And finally, the very first winner for our Random Event Creation Contest, o0ber with An Unexpected Visitor! (EDIT: this joke doesn't work at all after correcting the title of the event, but I'll leave it "Does this mean you have a better chance to win if you use the word mysterious? Who knows, anecdotes aren't data..." )

EDIT: Actually, the total score does not reflect what it was when the voting period ended. Due to the fact that our previous voting platform was frankly limited, we couldn't just close a vote, we had to delete or replace it on the site altogether. As a result, this vote remained open, and after the fact, Temporal Disturbance's score eventually exceeded Unexpected Visitor, possibly because people like poking where it tickles. If you check the blog post published when the vote finished, you can see the winner's announcement.

We have loped a few points off Temporal Disturbance to avoid future confusion on the matter. It's not something we're keen to do, but this will prevent players from wondering what happened if they missed some context. Thanks again for fact-checking, can't have too much of that! :)
