I don't think this will be possible, sadly. As far as i know they don't have, for example, their own Ships. I am with you though and hope that someday we get either a great creation kit so we can model the ES1 races and ships as a mod into ES2 or if their design team has some free time, works on them and releases them as DLC or whatever. Amoeba and Harmony ships would look sooo great in ES2.

To be honest: this seems to close to me. As I see this game with lots of potential and actually not needing more features (except for the new faction), IMO you should center on rebalancing, tweaking and de-bugging the whole thing and make another minor update before release to test this.

Lots of complaints of the same around the forums, and the most sad think is that IMO the game concept is very interesting and gives new ideas to 4X genre, but is someway failing to implement them due to balance issues (see influence) and problems like the never-ending-turn bug.

Have high hope on you Amp, please consider this petition, as more people in community is asking the same.

Hi, it's amazing news. I'm really excited, I will end pass my maturity exams 18 May  . But i have a question, if I bought Standard Edition few month ago and today I upgrade to Delux Edition will I get Cravers Prime skin Fleet ?

So I'm posting on this when it's two days old, and Frogsquadron said that they would make the upgrade from standard to deluxe that same night, but where is it? :3 I want it super bad and I don't want to forget.

Are custom empires going to be in on release?

I can't help but feel that it would be nice to be able to just buy a box without a code... I like physical goodies for games I enjoy, but I don't like duplicate copies or reselling my keys. And that's a shame...

If you have the Digital Deluxe edition you can't add to it. The physical box can be enhanced by adding the upgrade to Deluxe Ed, but it only works that way (for obvious reasons).
