NAME: Hawkorian Empire (Mammalian Humanoids that always wear full suits of armor)

Victory type: Diplomatic/Expansion

Gameplay:

Open Minded Diplomacy- They are willing to enter diplomatic relations with any faction regardless of said factions beliefs.
Diplomatic Knowledge- Diplomatic research is accelerated
Diplomatic Beliefs- Fleets with civilian ships are stronger and cheaper to maintain.

Lore:

The Hawkorians are great and honorable warriors that prefer diplomacy with long lifespans of the past who have returned after disappearing from the universe for an unknown length of time.

Leadership: Imperial-Emperor Hawk Blade, The only Immortal that is known to the Hawkorian Empire

Homeworld: Hawkoria- A beautiful Utopian earth like planet

The faction has to be both diplomacy-oriented and pursue pacifist ideals.

Open-minded militarists don't quite fit the bill.
