Yendru and Druve

The Yendru and Druve use dust to create “Resonance” with unintelligent organics, this allows them to adjust their genetic structure. Those who can do this are called the Druaii, the only intelligent organic a Druaii can affect is themselves and this has allowed Druaii to give themselves near immortality. Due to their “resonance” ability they do not actually produce industry instead food is used in its place.

Druve

The Druve expand around the Yendru, they are nomadic and reside only for a time preparing the land for the Yendru and then they move on. When the Yendru come up against other nations the Druve will expand into the forigen empire, if the empire is hostile the Druve will not expand far but if the empire proves to be friendly or at least not hostile the Druve will expand further into them working to build strong ties between them and the Yendru offering their skill “resonance” to improve their farms all the while sending information back to the Yendru.

Yendru

The Yendru follow behind the Druve and build up the world the Druve have prepared. They open official negotiations using smooth words to achieve their ends.

Gameplay

The Druve expand around the Yendru giving the Yendru a bonus to colonize systems that the Druve have been in for while. Once they make contact with other factions the Druve give the Yendru the ability to both see into the systems of other factions but also give incentives to deals by granting approvel and food bonuses when a deal is accepted and penalties when a deal is refused, the Druve also push for peaceful relations between the Yendru and other factions and will give both factions increased approval as they take steps away from war and towards alliance. The Yendru do not produce industry instead relying on food as their source of production, this means that while they are building their population growth is slowed down considerably. Due to the ability of Druaii to live extremely long lives they learn new skills quickly and can become extremely strong. Due to the Yendru using biotech their ships automatically repair themselves at a faster rate well also suffering increased damage from lasers as they are more susceptible to heat.
