Xar'eev are very spiritual race, they appreciate peace and diplomacy, so they can offer sacrifices to their gods not disturbed. All Xar'eev belive in the three Gods, who are responsible for the creation of the universe. However to maintain harmony in the universe, sacrifices are necessary. Sacrifices give power to Gods and only they can sustain the existence of the universe.

Xar'eev must sacrifice (X population) every (X turns) in Harmony Temple (bulding in Xar'eev capital world). Xar'eev can transport "chosens" (sacrafice pops) from other planets. They need to use ships with a population transport module.

After a successful sacrifice Xar'eev receive a small bonus to happiness, dust, productivity and science. Each new sacrificial ceremony requires more and more population. 

If they did not succeed to make sacrifices. Xar'eev receive a debuff to happiness, dust, productivity and science.
