this is a race  made from tech (sort of like the Borg from S.T.) but the mane part of this build is that they can choos the tech they want without having to fallow the tech tree so they can take the last tech 1st and can take the 1st tech last. "thats all i care for a new race and thats why it might seem a little light on back story and stuff but i just want a race that can avoid the tech tree
