This is a Vodyani only achievement, based on Azimoz's three laws of robotics.

You must complete all three goals in a single game to get this achievement:

1. Exterminate the entire population of an enemy planet.

2. Decline all diplomatic requests.

3. Win a game having lost more minor faction units than Vodyani ones.

but why voydani only? They arn't robots (maybe if the sowers or automatons are released later then)
