Would need to be modified to be able to complete for Vodyani.
Also will be very tricky to complete as you would need a faction to colonize a planet you have already razed.

If not the moment you take over the last unrazed system you kill the last enemy player and don't have the time to raze it before game end.

Despite that I like the idea.
Just needs tweeking to be possible to achieve.

you'll need to build colonies just to raze them though if you need to raze every system <.<

also it should be possible to raze then just rebuilt after and keep the razing tag/flag for achievement completion

I think that achieve domination victory with only your home system standing would work better (so by the end of the game you only have your home system left (which actually isn't that hard you just need to raze just at the moment you are going to win))

and yes i am sure it's openheimer's "i am become death, the destroyer of worlds" (though i would prefer keeping such an achievement for a later time if we get system destroying weapons in later tech stage, like getting this achivement for destroying a whole system with a pseudo death star >.>)

Yep, it is in reference to Oppenheimer quoting the BG.

I do agree that such an achievement might need some tweaking yet I am personally not someone that would lose a tear if some achievements are not possible for certain races or only by extreme measures.

As for your suggestion Pejman; some sort of Doomsday weapon would be THE perfect link for such an achievement yet my though process was that future, if ever, Doomsday weapons might happen they just apply some sort of "raze". My idea tho was not just referencing the power capability but also the utter destruction that was acknowledge and the fear that came with it- thus the only homeworld/equivalent aspect.
