"The Effigia" (from Latin: 'apparition, copy, ghost, imitation, phantom'.)

My idea was for a name that could convey the possibilities of deception, espionage, manipulation and influence (good or bad) that a wraith-like faction has at its disposal. Something that can hide in plain sight or even pose as something else, and the uninitiated would spend their lives none the wiser about it.

Since it would be in bad sportsmanship to vote for my own suggestion, I'll probably vote for this one, since I'm always big on the Greek/Latin inspirations.
