My suggestion for the name of the faction is... 

Aeternum or The Aeternum

Latin | adv; forever, eternally, endlessly, always

I chose this name because this race has an unidentified origin, they have always been. Latin is one of the oldest languages and is the root of English words. In my mind, it makes sense for this faction that has seemingly always existed to have a name with the same meaning.
