I went into a staples to print the tech and unit tree posters that came with tht deluxe edition and they say i need a copyright release. Do I need to find a file I didn't have or is there something else I need to do?

I had a similar thing happen for a different piece of purchased digital media that I wanted to print out and put on my wall, but I finally just gave up. So I would be interested to hear a dev's (lawyer's?) take on this type of situation. The expectation is that stuff like this is just admired digitally as a PDF?
