System with Academy has only 1 unique destroyed planet "Hallow" from start the game. I don't know how possible to capture this star system and to assign hero as Governor.

Description
When you choose to have two anomalies in your empire and the first two happen to be on the same planet, that only seems to count as one, so a second planet with at least one anomaly is needed for the quest to be fulfilled.

Description
After completing a “Multi-Chapter Quest” the next Quest doesn´t begin.
Edit: I had the same problem with the same quests several times so I think it´s not random. If I find more examples I`ll add them to this comment
Edit 2: If I chosse the other option of the first craver quest i have the same problem
Edit 3: Patch 1.0.5 fixed some issues (Academy Quest works fine), but some major fraction quests doesn´t still continue. New example: Horatio Chapter 3 Part 1: "There can only be one trillion"; after completing the Quest, the new one doesn´t start.
The quest requires me to build "Mount of Zelevas" unique improvement. However, I have no such option in any system's build menu, so the quest cannot be finished.
Also the previous quest that was supposed to award me this building required me to assign a level 20 hero to Gienah star system. However, it autocompleted as soon as a hero reached level 20 despite that hero NOT being assigned to the system in question (he was assigned to another system). Perhaps this is why I did not get the option to build this improvement?
Technically two quests, but since it's the same objective type that's the problem...

"Of the Brood (Part 1)" (Craver Faction quest, intercept option) and "Interstellar Kidnap" (Minor faction quest)
Description
The intercept objective, as far as I can tell, does not work. "Intercepting" the target, according to the game, means going in defensive stance in the same system as the ship in question. However, doing so, even for several turns, does not complete the objective. Instead you are either stuck at the very first step of the Craver line (and feeling like a fool because of it) or forced to ignore/fail the quest and assimilate the faction by other means. I get the sneaking suspicion that the trigger is suppose to be the target losing all their movement points to said stance, except blockading a system does nothing to the movement of those already *in* the system.

I fixed some others since the release, I hope I will be able to fix yours for a next patch.
I have a question for you Scheissdrauf: did you try to pass 1 turn? If you didn’t receive anything, could you give us a save, please?
I saw that the Cravers Quest Mission “Intercept” is a problem. It seems that it is an AI issue: the fleet is not supposed to stop. You have to intercept it when it passes through a System.

When choosing to find and investigate the system in which the Tabernacle resides, your figurehead notes that she will "see this Tabernacle exposed for the lies it holds, and then destroyed." (See first screenshot)
The next leg of the quest, however, continues straight past what I can only assume was some monumental spiritual crisis brought on by what the Tabernacle showed, but whatever actually happens is never mentioned (See second screenshot). The sudden shift from religious fervour to complete despondency is abrupt and jarring. Furthermore, the player is then pressed into having "rejected the traditional ways" (Third screenshot), and forced to strong-arm the religious sector out of the senate.
The final problem is that, as a reward for doing so, for severely limiting the power of the Church in Vodyani politics and society... you receive a device which allows theChurch to mind-control the Vodyani population. This makes very little sense.
Asks me to find 5 science technologies. Despite researching a new tech a turn (in the science category), and building science buildings once per turn on systems, the count remains at 0. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding the quest?

Hi SilentCynic -- I just wanted to check something. You've posted screens and commentary on the transition from Chapter 1 to Chapter 3 (without mentioning Chapter 2) of the Vodyani questline. Obviously if you were missing Chapter 2, the questline will make less sense. So, did Chapter 2, "Locus of Lies" trigger correctly?

My apologies for the confusion. "Locus of Lies" does indeed trigger correctly, but even then, (When one chooses to investigate the Tabernacle, at least - I have yet to try the other approach) the lore entries don't quite match up.
"Locus of Lies" concludes with the following:
And "Church and Senate" then immediately follows with:
Now, it could absolutely be argued that the nature of the revelation (that persuades Isyara St Shaiad to put her entire species on a 180 degree turn) need not be revealed to players, but the lack of it makes the transition kind of jarring. One moment, you're crusading to purge the blasphemers, and within a turn, as you reach the Tabernacle, you're suddenly on a mission to do the exact opposite? Ultimately, however, the nature of the writing in Endless Space 2 and the means in which plot developments are conveyed is not my decision to make.
That said, as noted in my previous post, the lore blurb for the "Cloth of Control" still makes very little sense, given the quest through which you attain it. If there is some other angle or approach I'm missing, please point me on the right path.
I attached the save file, as you can see I have sophonic noosphere set to research in two turns, and when it completes the tracker does not change. I can then research more in the science tech tree and nothing happens. Oddly, the quest has a marker that points to a yellow owned system next to "cancer".
There is no progress if you already own this system (i got it long before that part of quest). Also: remove Ark and then "add" it again - doesn't help. Probably quest need some additional requerement check (or two) - it's hard to "invade" this system, if no one owns it or it's actually you who owns it :)

The game is started pre-1.0.5 patch, along with the save. I got the Academy quest today (after the patch). The quest was failed because I discovered the Academy system by accident before the quest requirement was met(I think). Then when I clicked on the system of Academy the game stuck on the cinematic. The music is still playing and I can move the mouse around. But any other actions is not posssible, except alt-F4.
