The game was running fine until the last patch, but now it's not using my PC resources at all GPU running at ~10% and i get 10-20 fps.

PC:

GTX 1080

i7-4790k

16gb ram

running at 1440p

the bordless window doesn't work either at 1440p btw but that's less important

after deleting the registry the issue was fix my bad
