The details are something like this.

Turn 121, (Slow gamespeed) Sophon empire has over colonized to the point of government and broke

Government enters anarchy, hard locks during forced election.

I have saved the save games not sure if your aware or not, just a quick note.   Hard locks in release are never usually liked much.  Personally love the game.  I also believe that this is specific to my game alone not sure why.  

I would insert saved game file if I could

details of the galaxy are ring, 5 opponents, serious difficulty, large, rich, chaotic homeworld, against riftborns / un/ lum / unfallen

basically I colonized too fast to the point of empire is selling everything everyturn to not go  bankrupt. Then a war, lost a system, then anarchy and election.  Did spend time trying to micromanage out of anarchy before getting their.

can't think of anything more relevant, sorry I alpha'ed and didn't read the bug report forum how too forum. This was quick must start another galaxy, thanks for great game!

Oh and I would post hte error log and data files but in this the game just is stuck in election, you can't skip or complete the election, it just keeps sticking to the opening election screen, not sure what to make of it. thanks,  plutar
