Riftborns have "Plasma Metallurgy" as one of "Starters" technologies and they don't work on their Home Systems in Multi and Single player modes.

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Make a random session with Riftborns as your player faction

Step 2: Observe Hyperium income from the start

Expected results:

Step 2: You receive some amount of Hyperium

Actual result:

Step 2: You will see, that you have "Deposits in this system 1/1" and "Resource income 1/1" but you wouldn't receive any of that resource.

Plasma Metallurgy doesn't work for Riftborn at all.

Got 3 planets with Hyperium, for a total of +7 per turn but 0 gained.
