Ressource conversion bug - Industry set to 0 and can't do anything about it

So, here's what happened, I was using the 25% industry to science convertion when I finished researching the 50% industry to science.


The game replaced the old tech by the new one ... Except that it didn't remove the effect of the old one, which persist as a ghost effect. As you can see below, my industry is set to zero due to conversion, despite no conversion in queue.


If I add the 50% indus to science in queue, it works, indus goes into negative and science goes through the roof.


But I can't build anything and that sucks, I even have this ongoing quest to be the one with the largest industry... And this is my main system.


How do you get the game to recalculate production ?


Reloading the game does not fix it.

I could load an old file and make some tests. Please find the save file in attachment below.


Basically, if the 25%indust to science is in queue but not first in queue when you unlock the 50%indus to science, the bug happen.


You can try it with the save by putting the center of light and life first in queue.

I got the same bug. Tanked my playthrough as most of my planets had queud up tier 1 science conversion (25%), I finished researching the upgrade (for the 50% rate) and suddenly every planet that had it in their queue was unable to produce anything anymore (most of my planets). Reloading the game did not fix the bug. Wasn't able to test if the same occurs when upgrading other production conversions (such as dust).
