I noticed this during the beta and its still the same in the release version. I am playing the United Empire and my ships when I sele4ct them all same I have a Curiosity Expedition Power of 2. BUT every time I look at the planets with anomalies all of the ones with Annomalies requiring a power of 2 are locked. It shows the required curiosity power as a red 2 with a white 1 next to it which seems to be suggesting I dont have a high enough Expedition power. But my ships say that I have? 

So whats going on I cant see how this is working correctly it must surely be a bug as its very confusing if it isn't. I havent researched any technology that has increased my curiosity expedition power yet either. So its likely that the note on the ships relating to this anomaly detection power is wrong and I really have a curiosity expedition power of 1.
