I have started a game with customized Vodyani faction.  Game seemed to be going as planned until I built my first Ark and tried to colonize a system.  The system had a guardian in it, not sure if this is the reason it is acting up.  I can select the docking option once, but now it seems to be stuck in the docking process and will not allow any other options, and there is nothing in the build list for me to build in that system.  I thought well maybe they changed the rules and it takes a few turns to fully do the docking thing now.  But after quite ea few turns still not docked and still unable to build any improvements.  I played on a bit until I could build a second ark, moved her to a different system (with no guardian) and it worked as it should.  Immediate colony and able to build from the system window.  I noticed in the colonies overview screen, I am unable to even see my newest colony, the third colony in the list is a duplicate of my first, but production only shows an ark being built with no option to change.  the second colony in the list was my first attempt and it also has ark stuck in queue with no option to change.

I did not see any posting with this similar issue and tried a search but probably not worded right so I got no helpful results.

Same bug with standart Vodyani, when place 2 ark or try to remove first ark and place it again it is making -56% approval, and you can't do something....
