Description

If you terraform an Ash planet to Desert, the resulting planet loses its Sterile trait. The tooltip is correct in showing Sterile, non-terraformed Desert planets are also Sterile.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Colonize an Ash planet.

2. Terraform To Desert.
