Don't know if this has been posted yet, but I am assuming not after looking online for 2 hours. >.>

Basically, I chose the Lumeris as the vissual affinity, then select the Omniscience or Emperor's Will Gameplay Affinitys.

Issues is, when I start the game as the race, I cant build colonizers. they are missing in the construction menu, but there is a design for one.

I tried the straight forward method of thinking, first by upgrading said design to a mk. 2 version, Didn't work.

I then tried deleting the design, and this is when I realized that the colonizer hull type is not available.

-chuckles- I literally just posted a thread a few mins ago about this very bug so I can confirm this is definitely not just you.

Oh thank goodness, thought I might have been going insane due to pulling an all-nighter on this game. xD

Now to wait for it to be fixed I guess.

The no colony ship should be bound with the Planet Brokers affinity and not the Lumeris affinity. 

But it is not...

Same kind of thing that I just posted about.  You can't colonize lava planets with Riftborn if you don't have the continuum sculptors.

Registered to report exactly this (good thing I searched first, lol) so it's definitely not just you!

Really hope this post gets more visibility and the bug can get fixed in the next patch, because I really like the Lumeris visual affinity (the colony ship is quite nice, actually) but want to play with other gameplay affinities (was thinking Emperor's Will also, hehe).

Definitely not an expert but it seems like a simple enough matter of binding the attribute to the Planet Brokers gameplay affinity and not Lumeris visual affinity, like Ninjabane pointed out.
