Description

Did not take the planet brokers affinity when making a custom race, using omniscience if that helps, and when starting a game will begin with a colony ship but unable to build more as they do not show in the build queue as a buildable ship but the design does show in the military screen. However can not also make new designs of the colony ship class as it does not show in the drop down for choosing a base design.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Custom race with Lumeris as Visual affinity

2. Select Omniscience, though I think it happens with any other affinity choice.

3. Start a game.

Reproducibility

Has happened with every game I've started.

Expected Behavior

Ability to design and build new colony ships.
