You can build as many Worker's Campuses in a single systems as you want.

Description

As Lumeris, I reserched the Worker's Campus tech and built it in many system, then i found out that on some systems i built it twice or trice. Also, this improvement image is somewhat blurred (not important).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reserch the Worker's Campus tech

2. Build it in a system once

3. Build it in a system twice

4. Build it in a system trice

...

Reproducibility

5/5 (in the same game though...)

Expected Behavior

You should be able to build a system improvement only once per system.
