Bug Description

The Unfallen's quest system improvements Center of Light and Life and Harmony of the Heart (not sure if it is the right name) can be built as many times as you want, thous giving the opportunity to boost science or industry(?) incredibly.  Not sure if it is a bug or intended, but it would seem overpowered.

Reproducability

1. Play a game with Unfallen
2. Complete the story missions until you get said system improvements
3. build as many as you want
