Description

If the user creates a custom faction with the Hyperium Source trait, they will be unable to harvest Hyperium even after researching the requisite tech.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom faction with the Hyperium Source trait.

2. Research the requisite tech to harvest Hyperium.

3. Note that the empire will not have an income of Hyperium even after researching the tech, despite the home planet having a source of Hyperium.

I have started a new game with various changes to the custom faction traits, and continue to get the same result.

Expected Behavior

The empire should have an income of Hyperium after Hyperium has been unlocked via research.

Notes

At this time I believe Hyperium Source to be the root cause of the issue. I have tested various different government types, faction affinities, and population types, all with the same result. It's possible the issue is larger and effects all custom factions, but I have not tried to replicate it on a faction without the Hyperium Source Trait.

The screenshots and attachments below show that the home planet has a source of hyperium but the empire is not generating any, as well as what the traits are of the custom faction that triggered it.

The savegame is with a custom faction, that has finished the requisite research, has the Hyperium Source trait, and has a source of Hyperium on the home planet. It should be noted that it does not have an income of Hyperium, however.
