Hyperium Deposit does not produce hyperium

Description

I have colonized a planet with a Hyperium deposit, and I have the Hyperium Capture tech, but my Hyperium income is 0.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load saved game attached

2. Inspect the northern Ark in the Nihal system.

3. Note that Nihal II has an average Hyperium deposit, and is colonized. The icon is solid.

4. However, in the upper-left corner of the screen, if you hover over the empire's Hyperium stock, the popup shows 0 Hyperium production.

5. End you turn; note that Hyperium stores have not increased.

I got the same as Riftborn. Their starting system has always both Adamantium and Hyperium, but it doesn't actually produce Hyperium. Hyperium nodes in other systems worked though.

I had the same issue, the fixamd beta branch it was fixed.

I have the same Issue, on Planets that have a Titanium Deposit AND a Hyperium deposit, only the Titanium gets mined.
