Description

If I start colonizing a system with hyperium before the tech to exploit is researched, when the tech is researched/ colony is finished, the production of the resource is not applied to my per turn income.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start colony in system with hyperium

2. Research tech

3a. Finish tech

3b. Finish colony (I've tried it 3a then 3b, also 3b then 3a)

Hyperium resource should start exploiting once tech and colony are complete

I have been able to reproduce this bug as the Sophons. Save files are autosaves around completion of 3b
