4 out of  the 8 systems I have attached ark ships to the ark ship glitch-locks, there is no ability to produce anything, and as far as I can tell none of the basic resources are being added the empire total.  The ark ship unattach icon is also dark, so effectively the ark and the system is a total loss in-game.

I'm going to try to still win this game, maybe planting new glitched ark ships in enemy territory and see if the computer can interact with them.

Check the system for "Guardians". If you have them on the planets, it's a well known bug and basically nukes the ark when you anchor it.

Unfallen cause this since they make Guardian appear in the galaxy. Don't play with them nor custom faction with Guardian trait.

Yep this just happened to one of my systems. I was about to make a bug report.
