The system has an average titanium deposit and average hyperium deposit. I have hyperium tech.

But no hyperium is produced per turn.

I'm getting this also. Looks like it doesn't exploit hyperium when it is with titanium

I noticed this too when playing as the Riftborn. Their homeworld starts with a guaranteed deposit of titanium and hyperium but I only receive the titanium.

I'm getting the same thing too but it's happening for any secondary luxury or strategic resource.
