No matter what galaxy settings I input, it's always the same...

I hate that my first post here is this... Been loving the game in Early Acess, but since 1.0 came around, no matter what galaxy settings I input, it's always made of a small number of large constellations with a small number of stars overall on a tiny galaxy. I like playing games with lots of stars and tiny constellations, but I can't because it seems to be bent on me playing the same kind of map.

I can choose the type of galaxy (eliptical, 2-4-8 arm, etc...) but the number opf stars, the size of the galaxy and the number of constellations doesn't seem to change. The connectivity does change as well, but that's about it.

Halp, plis!

EDIT: I verified files and deleted registry.xml (twice) to no avail.

Just tested this out and with a Spiral8 galaxy the number of constellations seems to be 9 on 'Many'. This means that you will likely have each arm separate and a centre. Don't think constellations get any smaller than that on Exceptional galaxy size.

Yet I remember I could play larger galaxies with lots of tiny constellations on the 3rd update...

Also, what's the difference with "few", then? It makes no sense.

Looks like half of 'Many' rounded up.

Ovoid might be your best bet, if you look in the second gallery I posted - it had the most constellations and they were a lot smaller than most other shapes.

But in Early Acess the sides of an 8-sided galaxy were broken up when having a "many" constellation galaxy.

Soooo werid... I'll have to fiddle with XMLs...
