Playing as the Sophons, built Luxuries Lottery in multiple Systems, the +5 Approval per Luxury Deposit doesn't apply.


Steps to Reproduce

1) Play as Sophons (haven't tried other races);

2) Research "Neural Robotics" under the Economy and Trade Tech Tree;

3) Build said Luxuries Lottery in a system with one or more luxury resource deposits; &

4) Check systems Approval and notice no bonus from Luxuries Lottery or Luxury Resources.
