I encountered a bug (i think).


Description

After researching Xeno Anthropology (with united empire dont know if that matters) opening the senate screen(F2) makes the game freeze for a good 30 to 60 seconds.

Also trying to change the goverment type shows no additional goverments?

I loaded an older auto-save and worked up to the tech again and it keeps reoccurring.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Research Xeno Anthropology (with united empire)

2. Game freeze for 30 to 60 seconds every time trying to open the senate screen (F2)
