Not enough approval from Horatio Population


2. Bug description

After genesplicing various species into my Horatio population they should be producing a significant amount approval but while they generate some the expected amount is not produced.

Loading my save this is reproduced every time but since it is based on splicing specific races I have not reproduced this in a seperate game.


5. Expected behavior

I would expect every Horatio Population to produce 4 approval or 6 approval on a hot planet.

7. Notes

In my screenshot I am recieving 79 approval from Horatio (which is already wierd since my bonuses are even numbers)

According to my calculations in the worst case I should be recieving 104 approval from Horatio. 80 (20*4) + 24 (12*2) (15 pop on hot planets (worst case so all Haroshems are on one of the hot planets))

With some additional experimentation I also discovered that swapping a Horatio pop from a hot planet to the temperate one increases the generated approval by 1.

2. Bug description

The Artisanal Excellence Museum recieved from the first Horatio quest does not seem to function and is buildable multiple times per empire.


3. Steps to reproduce

1. Choose industry on first quest.

2. Build the building.

3. Build the building again in a different system.

4. Scrap both buildings and observe that the produced industry does not change

Loading my save this is reproduced every time but I have not played a second Horatio game yet


5. Expected behavior

I am actually unsure if the building is supposed to increase industry generation by Horatio pops empire or system wide.

From the standard production per pop buildings I would think system wide but given the theme of the Horatio of increasing the power of their pops and the fact that it is supposed to be a once per empire building makes me consider otherwise.

7. Notes

Reconsidering it a +4 industry per pop building is probably too powerful to be empire wide.

Though increasing the power of Horatio population this way could be interesting (maybe a +2 industry version of the building).
