AI pondering feedback in the negotiation screen is stuck forever calculating

No matter what I propose, or to whoever I propose to, the pondering feedback is never done calculating

1. Open the save I've uploaded

2. Try the negoation screen

That after a brief time, I will have feedback so I can further adjust the negotiation

I believe my issue is a bit different - it's only the feedback response that is forever stuck, not the game itself. I can leave the screen, come back, do other stuff, and even end turn.

But no matter what, it's always calculating the feedback, never returning this piece of info.

For devs checking the thread, the issue is also happening in 1.0.5 with that save file. 

However, a new game does not have this issue yet. I will keep checking to see if it happens again.

My savegame is still bugged as well in the 1.0.5... I'll try a new game.
