Description

If the player constructs the award from the Luxury branch of Chapter 1: A Surfeit of Horatios (Cultural Apogee Center) they receive no benefit from it.


Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose the option in first Horatio faction quest to accumulate 81 luxury resources, and complete.

2. Construct Cultural Apogee Center

3. Notice no change in system's influence production


Reproducibility

Unknown, will update once I try it again. Persists through saves, haven't had a chance to start a new game.


Expected Behavior

The system in which the improvement is constructed should see an increase in influence production of +2 for every Horatio population.

Notes

System in question (Horatio starting system) has 19 pops, 13 of which are Horatio. It has an influence output of 8, listed as +5 from Galactic HQ, +2 from Colony Base, +1.8 from Ecstatic.
