I did expose my issue in the wrong forum I think as I thought it wasn't a bug, but here's the report of the whole issue.

I think it's not working as it should :

At the beginning, despite having techs, only Titanium was exploited at 5/t
After building a Miners Union, it started to produce Hyperium as well but
- Titanium at 6/t as it should with the system upgrade
- Hyperium at 5/t only, no bonus.
Even after being credited each turn, the Hyperium is not showing in the Corvus system summary, only Titanium is displayed.

I think that SPECIAL Bug is already solved since version 1.0.3 preview, maybe you try it , it is in the beta branch of steam !

I do confirm it's solved, but only tested in the Preview 2 1.0.5, so probably fixed in t he 1.0.3 as said in the patch notes.
