This has happened twice now. When I colonize a planet with both titanium and hyperium, and research the necessary techs for both of them, it still doesn't give me any hyperium. It shows on top of the planet that it has 3 hyperium, but on the left it shows just the titanium. When I colonized another planet, that did work, but still the first one didn't.
