Not sure if this was intended but I was playing as Cravers with the quest "Of our own blood". I picked the intercept option and when I didn't intercept it when it arrived in one of my systems, it just stayed there. So I couldn't intercept it for turns and turns. I was about to report here in the forums with a save file but forgot the name of the quest. I go back in the save clicked the quest and then for some reason clicked the option "show to target option for quest" button and then the quest ship started moving again.

if that makes sense.
