The games goes in infinite loop after your turn is done

Description

When you end your turn, sometimes the game will go in infinite loop while the Ai is fighting a pirate.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Advance in a game for at least 60-70 turns

2. Notice that the game infinite loops after end turn is clicked

Notes

This bug happened to me on my 3 first games, but did not reproduce itself after the 3rd.

I did not keep the save files of the bugged game before starting a new one and I am unable to reproduce so far, I will update this report with a save file once I am able to reproduce. Sorry this report is not very useful without a save file i guess.

Have this also now with 1.0.5. preview , but game was started with 1.0.3.

Also in this game AIRPLANES didn't unlock , I could improve airplanes, but telling me I haven't researched them ...

PS: COULD YOU MAKE a check every time when a save game is loaded, that it checks all researched techs AND UNLOCK THE THINGS, which should be unlocked.

So that it fixes all that bugs and later changes and to be sure MP games are sync !
