Get Research up to "X"

Description

According the victory screen and other indicators, I lead in science production, every turn for the duration of the quest. Yet, when the quest ends, it states that "I didn't contribute enough for an award.

This appears fixed in the 1.052 (for whatever reason).

I was leading in Research for all the turns and actually got the reward.
