Issue:

Total Failure.

To Replicate:

1) Load the savefile, 

2) use colonizer in the Zhaen sector, 

3) colonize Bilgeli, 

4) now try zoom out from system

4.1) or try to hasten colony process, 

4.2) or try any other action such as moving a fleet, selling a resource

4.3), nothing works any longer, hence total failure

4.4) if you click end turn, it will stuck there forever.

4.5) Once this happens, the game will also not be able to exit to desktop.

4.6) Game also won't save any further.

Please do not think that this is a  "Pending Turn Bug" ; the game totally fails, even before the End Turn is pressed. I hope you could replicate the issue, I really liked this game, I am really sad I cannot play it, it fails each time, sometimes this similar situation happens at turn 100+ , sometimes earlier.

This happened several times in different games, always after colonization, I created a custom faction

Just to be clear 1) Thank you, 2) Happens in New Saves, in Different Computers (I tried in office and home), 3) Happens always but it is like a death lottery, you can have it in turn 50 and you could have it in turn 150 or more, each turn you know you get close to this bug, and it eventually happens 4) Uploaded again with better link above.
